Elitespecial primarily provides consultation services, including:

  • Greening consultation services
  • Composting guidance and advice
  • Soil health assessments
  • Educational workshops

As a service-based business, our return and refund policy differs from product-based businesses.

4. Consultation Services

4.1 Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment: Full refund or rescheduling available
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment: 50% refund or rescheduling available
  • No-shows: No refund, but rescheduling may be available at our discretion

4.2 Dissatisfaction with Services

If you are not satisfied with our consultation services:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the service completion to discuss your concerns
  • We will work with you to address any issues
  • If we cannot resolve the issue, we may offer a partial or full refund, or re-performance of the service

5. Workshop Services

5.1 Workshop Cancellation

Workshop cancellation and refund policies:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 7-14 days before the workshop: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop: No refund, but transfer to another workshop may be available

5.2 Workshop Cancellation by Us

If we cancel a workshop:

  • You will receive a full refund
  • We will provide at least 48 hours' notice when possible
  • We may offer to transfer your booking to a future workshop

6. Digital Products and Materials

If we provide digital products or downloadable materials:

  • Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once the product has been accessed or downloaded
  • Exceptions may apply if the product is defective or not as described
  • Contact us to discuss your specific situation

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss a return:

  • We will notify you once the refund has been processed

9. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Services that have been fully completed and delivered as agreed
  • Customised or personalised services that have been specifically created for you
  • Services where you have changed your mind (unless required by Australian Consumer Law)
